You can take the raw Sea Moss and make it into a gel very simply:

Take the desired amount of raw sea moss. Wash in a purified/distilled water bath. Rinse. Repeat wash until water is clear. Usually only takes about 2 washings.
Cover with water and soak overnight or for 10-12 hours. Once sea moss is full hydrated (it will look like it’s from the sea. Clear and slimy.) you can use it in this form or you can put it in the blender and turn it into a gel.
